So, when I got an invite to speak about the bane of social media and how we showcase the polished, dusted, sweet-coated perfect versions of ourselves on social media, I took it right on. Today, Villa College held a leadership training for the staff of Villa College at Villa College QI Hall. This training was conducted by two of the international keynote speakers visiting the Maldives for the MAHRP National HR Convention, Kenneth Kwan, Leadership and Change Expert and Kiruba Shankar, Digital Entrepreneur. Accompanying them was also the President of Maldives Association for Human Resource Professionals(MAHRP), Mr. Afeef Hussain. The purpose of this training session was to further develop leadership skills among Villa College staff.
